Terms of Service, Payment & Refund Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and your enrollment in any training programme of the Academy of Advanced Aesthetics (“AAA”). By reserving a seat or submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Enrollment and eligibility

  • A seat is confirmed only after we verify your payment and, where applicable, your PRC license.
  • Programmes marked “PRC Required” are open only to holders of a valid Philippine Professional Regulation Commission license in good standing.
  • You must provide true and complete information. False or misleading information may result in cancellation of your enrollment and forfeiture of fees paid.
  • Seats are limited per batch and are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.

2. Payment terms

Bank transfer is our only accepted payment route. All fees are quoted and payable in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

  • Reservation (downpayment): 50% of the course fee secures your seat; the remaining balance must be settled on or before the first training day.
  • Pay in full: a discount is applied when the full fee is paid at least ten (10) days before the batch start date.
  • Reserved seats that remain unpaid past the stated reservation window may be released to the next applicant.
  • Always use your full name as the bank reference and upload the receipt so we can match your payment.
  • Official receipts are issued within twenty-four (24) hours of verification.

3. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

  • Cancellation at least fourteen (14) days before the batch start date: the amount paid may be transferred in full to a later batch, or refunded less any bank charges.
  • Cancellation within thirteen (13) to seven (7) days: one (1) free transfer to a later batch; downpayments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation within six (6) days, no-show, or partial attendance: fees are forfeited, as materials, kits, and patient models are already committed.
  • If AAA cancels or reschedules a batch, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to any future batch at no cost.
  • Approved refunds are released within fifteen (15) banking days to the originating account.

4. Training conduct and safety

All hands-on procedures are performed under physician supervision on consenting live models. Participants must follow all safety, hygiene, and infection-control instructions, and must not photograph or publish any model without written consent. AAA may remove a participant who endangers a model, staff, or fellow participants, without refund.

5. Certification

Certificates are issued to participants who complete the full programme and satisfy the practical assessment. A certificate evidences training attendance and competency assessment by AAA; it is not a government license and does not by itself authorize you to perform procedures outside the scope of your own professional licensure and local regulations.

6. Intellectual property

All course manuals, slides, protocols, videos, and website content are the property of AAA and are provided for your personal professional use only. Reproduction, resale, or use for competing training is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability and medical disclaimer

Content on this website is educational and is not medical advice or a guarantee of clinical or business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, AAA’s total liability arising from a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in the courts of Quezon City. Questions? Email aaamasterclasstraining@gmail.com or call +63 919 066 3569.
