Last updated: August 30, 2026

The Academy of Advanced Aesthetics (“AAA”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you browse this website, submit an inquiry, or enroll in a training programme, how we use it, and the rights you hold under Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

1. Who we are (Personal Information Controller)

Our Data Protection Officer may be reached through the same email with the subject line “Data Privacy Request”.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Identity and contact details: full name, email address, mobile / Viber number, date of birth, complete address.
  • Professional details: profession, PRC license number and a photo or scan of your PRC license (for programmes that require a licensed practitioner).
  • Enrollment and payment records: selected training batch, payment option, amounts, bank reference number, and the payment receipt you upload.
  • Inquiry details: the programme you are interested in, your message, preferred call-back time, and the platform your inquiry came from.
  • Technical data: basic analytics events (pages viewed, buttons tapped) used to improve the website experience.

We do not collect medical or health records, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

3. Why we process your data (lawful basis)

  • To process your enrollment, verify your eligibility, reserve your seat, and issue your official receipt and certificate — necessary for the performance of our training contract with you.
  • To respond to your inquiries and send programme schedules, pre-training checklists, and reminders — based on your consent or our legitimate interest.
  • To verify PRC licensure where a programme legally or clinically requires it — necessary for compliance and participant safety.
  • To keep accounting, tax, and enrollment records — necessary for compliance with Philippine law.
  • To improve our website and course offerings using aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

4. Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with:

  • Our instructors and enrollment staff, for the delivery of your training.
  • Google (Sheets / Docs / Analytics) as our record-keeping and analytics processor.
  • Our email delivery provider, to send confirmations and receipts.
  • Banks and payment channels, to verify your transfer.
  • Government authorities, when disclosure is required by law or lawful order.

5. Storage, retention, and security

Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with encrypted transmission and access limited to authorized personnel. Enrollment, payment, and certification records are retained for at least five (5) years, in line with accounting and certification-verification requirements. Inquiry records that do not lead to enrollment are retained for up to two (2) years, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Uploaded PRC licenses and payment receipts are kept only for as long as needed to verify your enrollment and certification.

6. Your rights as a data subject

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct inaccurate data, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, to damages, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). To exercise any of these rights, email us with the subject “Data Privacy Request”; we respond within fifteen (15) working days. Withdrawing consent will not affect processing already required for an active enrollment or by law.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only essential storage needed to keep you signed in, plus first-party analytics events that record which pages and buttons are used. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. You may block cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as the enrollment form, may then not work.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our programmes or systems change. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page.
