About the Academy of Advanced Aesthetics

Our Mission

The Academy of Advanced Aesthetics (AAA) is a physician-led medical aesthetics training academy based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. This platform is the academy's official enrollment and learning hub: it publishes our upcoming training batches, shows real-time seat availability and reservation fees, accepts online applications with secure payment confirmation, hosts a downloadable library of clinical guidelines and educational materials, and keeps students updated through our news and insights feed.

Who We Train

The platform is built for practising and aspiring aesthetic professionals — licensed Medical Physicians, Registered Nurses, aestheticians and skin therapists, clinic owners, and career shifters who want a structured, clinically supervised path into medical aesthetics. Enrolled students use it to reserve a seat in a masterclass, upload PRC licence documents where a course requires them, track the status of their booking, and retrieve their certification details after graduating. Administrators use the same system to manage batches, promotions, resources, and applicant records in one place.

Faculty Leadership

AAA is built and operated by the academy's own team, under the direction of Training Director Dr. Rachel V. Pingol-Maderazo, MD, FPPAI, FPFCS, together with a faculty of board-certified aesthetic practitioners. Every programme we publish here is taught the way we believe aesthetics should be taught: live demonstrations, supervised practice on real patients rather than simulations, internationally benchmarked protocols, and business coaching so graduates can confidently launch or grow their own clinic.
